Friday, November 1 beginning at 5 p.m. through Sunday, November 3 at 11 a.m.

We will be heading to the Chickasaw Retreat and Conference Center located in Sulphur, Oklahoma. This is located about 2 hours north of Cottonwood Creek Church.

The cost is $345 per woman for a shared room. The cost is $440 per woman for an individual room. Spaces are limited.

Your registration fee will include lodging, dinner on Friday evening, breakfast on Saturday morning, dinner on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning before we wrap up the event. The fee will also provide all the fun, teaching, speakers and worship costs.

There will be free time beginning on Saturday at noon until 5 p.m. Saturday’s lunch will be on your own. Some activity options may have a cost associated with them, but we will have the option to stay on site with no activity cost.

The tentative schedule for the weekend is as follows. More specific details will follow to registered women.

Friday evening – 5:00 – 9:00 – Welcome, Dinner, Teaching

Saturday morning – 8:30-12:00 – Breakfast and Teaching

Saturday afternoon– 12:00-5:00 p.m. – Free Time, Optional activities

Saturday evening – 5:00 – 9:00 – Dinner, Teaching, Social Activity

Sunday morning – 8:30 – 11:00 – Breakfast, Final Session, Check Out
